The Institute for the International English Education of Children is an organization founded by well-known author and teacher trainer Ritsuko Nakata.

Since 1987, we have run a successful children's English school and a renowned teacher training program for teachers of young learners. IIEEC is a community of internationally-minded people who wish to foster high standards in international education in Japan and we hope you will join us in these aims.

Upcoming New IIEEC Workshops!

These workshops are for teachers who want to make their lessons more effective and also for those who are looking for better techniques to make their classes more active and dynamic!

You will learn how to teach a complete unit of the new Third Edition of Let’s Go with easy and innovative techniques using the MAT METHOD. Also you will get practical ideas for teaching and lesson planning. You can apply what you learn immediately so that you will have active students enjoying your student centered lessons.
